We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) to join our dynamic mental health and healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will support individuals facing mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, trauma, addiction, and complex medical conditions. Requirements:

Master's degree or higher
Social Work (1+ years)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)
Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan (MI)
Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan (MI)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in (MI)
Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy.

Demonstrated ability working with children and families in clinical or community settings; experience with special education or working with individuals with autism or disabilities is highly desirable.

Experience providing home-based or community care services; knowledge of crisis intervention strategies is essential.

Strong skills in patient assessment, case management, data collection for research purposes, and documentation within electronic health records(EHR)

Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care; commitment to ongoing professional development in social work practices.
