Restoration Sales Representative

Job Title: Restoration Sales Representative Location: Winston-Salem, NC We are seeking a Restoration Sales Representative with an existing network of clients or referral partners to expand our business and generate new opportunities. This role focuses on selling our mitigation or restoration services and building partnerships with plumbers, contractors, property managers, and other industry contacts who frequently encounter water, fire/smoke, mold, storm damage, and content cleaning needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Identify and secure partners in the construction, maintenance, and property management industries to generate restoration project leads • Conduct cold calls, send emails, make in-person visits, networking meetings, and presentations • Respond promptly to potential customers, coordinate site inspections, and work with project managers and technicians to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to project start • Assist clients and partners through the restoration process from initial referral to project completion • Maintain regular communication and follow up with plumbers, property managers, and referral partners to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction and trust • Develop and promote the company’s brand awareness Requirements: • Experience in outside sales and business development within the mitigation or restoration industry • Existing relationships with plumbers, contractors, and property managers • Strong relationship-building and networking skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proficient with Microsoft 365 • A valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
