We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive & Architectural Window Film Operations Manager to lead operations for a growing automotive and building window film business. We are launching a new Black Optix automotive customization location specializing in auto & architectural window tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and ceramic coatings, and we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help build and scale the shop from the ground up. This is not a typical manager role stepping into an already established system this is an opportunity to help shape the culture, processes, and growth of a new location from day one. The right candidate will play a key role in building the team, developing shop workflows, maintaining high installation quality, and delivering a premium customer experience. As the business grows, this role is designed to grow with it. The manager will have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility, including building and leading a larger technician team, improving operational systems, and participating in performance-based compensation tied to the shop’s success. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building something great, and wants to grow alongside a business that is focused on quality, reputation, and long-term expansion. Black Optix Tint specializes in: Automotive Window Tint Paint Protection Film (PPF) Vinyl Wraps Ceramic Coatings Residential Window Film Commercial & Architectural Window Film Solutions This role combines operations leadership, team management, and business development. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and lead a fast-growing location from the ground up. Duties Operations Management Manage daily operations of automotive and architectural window film services Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards Schedule jobs and coordinate technicians across automotive and building installations Maintain shop organization, tools, and inventory of film and installation materials Team Leadership Supervise and train technicians performing automotive tint, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, and architectural window film installations Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction Assist technicians when needed to ensure projects stay on schedule Sales & Business Development Build relationships with local dealerships, fleets, and automotive partners Develop referral partnerships with auto body shops, detailers, and contractors Identify opportunities for residential and commercial window film projects Assist with estimates, consultations, and project coordination Customer Experience Work directly with customers to understand project requirements Provide accurate estimates and project timelines Ensure customer satisfaction throughout each project Safety & Quality Control Maintain safe work practices when handling tools, ladders, and installation equipment Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer specifications Implement procedures that improve efficiency and consistency across operations Schedule Shop hours are: Monday Saturday The manager schedule will be coordinated within those operating hours. Training Requirement The selected candidate will attend approximately two weeks of paid training in Florida as part of the Black Optix Tint franchise training program.
