Qualifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
Key Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as indicated
Monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatment, and outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs
Ensure treatments are delivered safely and in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, front office staff, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education as required
Engage and support social media and internal marketing
