General Manager (0113-0001)

Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall operations of a custom kitchen cabinetry business with 17+ employees and independent contractors. Exercise authority across multiple functional areas: revenue generation, client relationships, staffing, compensation, long-range planning, day-to-day operational performance, and long-term strategic direction. Identify and pursue new client opportunities and revenue streams; cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key business partners; represent the company externally and serve as a primary point of contact for high-value accounts. Direct and oversee the company's marketing activities, including promotional strategies, outreach campaigns, and public-facing communications; coordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Establish organizational goals and develop business plans that set the direction for growth, operations, and resource allocation; translate long-term objectives into actionable priorities for staff and department leads. Monitor company finances, review performance data, and oversee major expenditures to ensure fiscal health and operational efficiency; identify areas for cost reduction and improved resource utilization. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and other significant agreements with clients, vendors, and partners. Recruit, select, and onboard personnel across the organization; make staffing decisions regarding role adjustments and workforce structure as business needs evolve. Determine employee wages, design bonus structures, and develop compensation plans aligned with company performance and budget. Ensure all departments operate cohesively and in support of shared goals; facilitate communication across teams, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a collaborative, accountable work culture.

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, such as Master of Science in Economics of Enterprises (or foreign equivalent).
