We are seeking an experienced MIG and TIG Welder to join a local manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive starting pay and the potential for long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum materials
Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Inspect finished welds for accuracy and durability

Requirements:
Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
Experience working with aluminum materials required
Must own your own welding hood
Ability to pass an on-site weld test
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable attendance and work ethic
