Job Title: Robotic Arm Technician (KUKA KSS Experience Required)
Location: Houston, TX (Fairbanks North Houston Rd and Fallbrook Dr)
Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM start
Possible Saturday shifts based on project needs

Robotic Arm Technician

MGR Workforce is hiring experienced Robotic Arm Technicians for an industrial automation project in Houston, TX. This position is intended for technicians with proven hands-on experience commissioning and troubleshooting robotic arm systems.

Please read the requirements carefully before applying. We are specifically seeking candidates who already possess the required KUKA experience.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience commissioning robotic arm systems.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting robotic arm equipment in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of KUKA KSS (KUKA System Software).
Ability to read, understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot KUKA robot programs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

Commission and start up robotic arm systems.
Diagnose and repair faults on KUKA robotic equipment.
Read, interpret, and troubleshoot KUKA robot programs.
Perform system testing and verify proper robot operation.
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.
Follow all company and site safety procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
