Job Summary:
· The ServiceNow Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform for the Historical.ai RAG solution.
· The role is responsible for designing secure integrations between ServiceNow, the MID Server, and the on-premises AI/RAG platform while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, and governance.
· The architect will provide technical leadership across the solution lifecycle, from design through deployment and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:
· Define the overall ServiceNow solution architecture and technical roadmap. Design secure integrations using MID Server, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer. Architect the Historical.ai user experience within ServiceNow (Workspace/UI Builder/Portal).
· Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance for enterprise deployment.
· Lead technical design reviews and establish development standards.
· Design authentication, authorization, and API security for external AI integrations.
· Collaborate with Infrastructure, AI/ML, Security, and Business teams to deliver the solution.
· Provide technical oversight during development, SIT, UAT, and production deployment. · Review code quality, solution performance, and platform governance. Produce architecture documentation, integration specifications, and deployment plans.

Required Skill:
· Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture, ITSM/CSM modules, and platform customization.
· Hands-on experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs) and UI Builder/Agent Workspace.
· Solid understanding of API security, OAuth, Mutual TLS, on-premise integrations, and ServiceNow governance best practices. Certifications Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Mandatory) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) (Mandatory)
