The ideal candidate will be a senior-level JD Edwards CNC professional with extensive experience managing EnterpriseOne infrastructure, upgrades, security, integrations, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and cloud readiness. This role will partner with business leaders, developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a secure, highly available, and scalable ERP environment.

Position Overview:
The Senior JD Edwards CNC Administrator is responsible for the overall health, performance, administration, and continuous improvement of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ecosystem across development, testing, and production environments.

This individual will serve as the technical authority for CNC architecture, environment management, security, integrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure coordination while supporting future modernization initiatives including cloud technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• JD Edwards Environment Administration
o Install, configure, maintain, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
o Manage multiple path codes including Development, Prototype, Test, and Production.
o Administer Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, Business Services (BSSV), Orchestrator, and Server Manager.
o Perform environment refreshes, cloning, and migrations.
o Ensure overall system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• CNC Administration & Technical Support
o Perform package builds, deployments, and promotions using Object Management Workbench (OMW).
o Manage JD Edwards Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs, and application upgrades.
o Monitor enterprise performance and proactively resolve system issues.
o Troubleshoot EnterpriseOne applications, batch jobs, workflows, integrations, and scheduler performance.
o Support batch queues, server configurations, and application services.
• Security & Compliance
o Administer JD Edwards security including:
User provisioning
Role-based security
Environment security
Object security
Menu security
o Partner with Information Security teams to ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
o Support internal and external audits.
o Maintain security documentation and governance processes.
• System Upgrades & Continuous Improvement
o Lead planning and execution of:
Tools Releases
ESU Deployments
EnterpriseOne Upgrades
Platform Enhancements
o Evaluate emerging JD Edwards technologies including:
Orchestrator
AIS
UX One
REST APIs
Artificial Intelligence capabilities
o Recommend modernization initiatives that improve performance, automation, and user experience.
• Integration Management
o Configure and support:
AIS Server
REST APIs
Business Services (BSSV)
Orchestrator
o Support integrations between JD Edwards and:
Warehouse Management Systems
Transportation Systems
Middleware platforms
Third-party applications
Enterprise business systems
o Troubleshoot interface failures and optimize integration performance.
• Infrastructure & Database Coordination
o Partner with Infrastructure and Database Administration teams to maintain optimal system performance.
o Support Windows, Linux, and IBM AS400 environments.
o Write and execute SQL statements to support troubleshooting and analysis.
o Assist with capacity planning and infrastructure scaling.
o Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
• Documentation & Process Improvement
o Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
o Develop disaster recovery procedures and governance documentation.
o Improve operational processes through automation and standardization.
o Support ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
o Identify opportunities to improve ERP stability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
• 15+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Administration experience
• Extensive knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture
• Expert-level CNC administration experience
• Strong experience with:
o Enterprise Server
o HTML Server
o AIS Server
o Business Services (BSSV)
o Server Manager
o Orchestrator
• Experience managing:
o Tools Releases
o ESUs
o ASUs
o EnterpriseOne upgrades
• Hands-on experience with:
o Package Builds
o OMW Promotions
o Environment Refreshes
o Security Administration
• Experience supporting REST APIs and enterprise integrations
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and IBM AS400 environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience supporting high-availability environments
• ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning concepts
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives
