Will develop market analysis and strategy to identify key opportunities for the North American market in partnership with the company’s cross-functional and global teams; present strategic deal reviews to the Pearl Abyss leadership team and provide feedback on features and business models to product teams; identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage gaming partnerships that drive customer delight and support the company’s strategic objectives; work with cross-functional teams within Pearl Abyss to evaluate the IRR (internal rate of return) and strategic value of partnerships; prioritize the partner portfolio, with specific, measurable, and achievable stretch goals to start and grow partners for Pearl Abyss; stay up to date on the latest developments within PC, Mobile, and Console technology as well as app and game development through research and attending/speaking at events on behalf of the company; assist with business development and new partnership opportunities such as Intellectual Property licensing, co-promotion, co-branding opportunities, and business partners for the game live-ops for Black Desert and new titles at Pearl Abyss, focusing on the North American regions; maintain current information of the priorities and complexities of cross-functional teams (e.g., development, marketing, PR, community management) and understand how new partnership opportunities will benefit and support the game service performance and the company branding.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Business or related plus 5 years of work experience required.
