Preferred Qualifications:

13+ years of overall IT experience
Expertise in architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions
Experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into the ServiceNow platform
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and enterprise integrations
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
