We are seeking an experienced and motivated SharePoint Developer to join our team. In this role, you will apply current technologies and methodologies to develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint foundation-based applications. You will be responsible for managing site content and capabilities, providing daily maintenance of existing applications, and working closely with business stakeholders daily.

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, detail-oriented professional who can take an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities
• Application Development & Configuration: Work with SharePoint-based COTS software, requiring both back-end SharePoint coding and front-end configurations.
• Solution Design: Study requirements analysis, information needs, data usage, and work processes to design, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Daily Maintenance: Manage site content, optimize site capabilities, and handle daily troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications.
• Workflow Implementation: Design and implement SharePoint Foundation-based workflows.
• Collaboration & Testing: Participate in the full testing process through review, analysis, and implementation while collaborating daily with business stakeholders and IT management.
• Documentation: Document and demonstrate solutions by developing clear documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and well-commented code.
• Security & Confidentiality: Protect operations by keeping all business and system information strictly confidential.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: * 5+ years of experience programming SharePoint utilizing SharePoint Designer.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Developer focused on the analysis, design, development, and delivery of web-based applications.
• Certifications: Professional certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is highly desired.
• Technical Preferences: Familiarity using Lanteria HR Software and additional .NET coding skills (C#, VB.Net) are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to error-free deliverables, and the independence to drive tasks to completion.

Compliance & Special Notes
• Work Schedule: This position requires a hybrid work arrangement consisting of both teleworking and designated in-office days at the Atlanta location.
• Background & Tax Clearance: Final candidates will be required to clear a standard criminal background check (including fingerprinting) and must successfully complete a state tax compliance check. A formal Tax Clearance Letter is required at the time of candidate submission.
• TAX CLEARANCE LETTER REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.

Required / Desired Skills
• Experience programming SharePoint with SharePoint Designer. Other .NET coding (C#, VB. NET) Required - 5 Years
• Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications. Required - 5 Years
• Certification(s) in Microsoft SharePoint Development (COPY Required) Required - 1 Years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired. Required - 4 Years
