ARF Administrator

Position: Administrator, Adult Residential Facility (ARF)
Location: Robyn's Nest, San Diego, CA
Robyn's Nest is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care. We pride ourselves on compliance, ethical care, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned adult residential facilities.
Ensure staff scheduling, training, evaluations, and in-service education.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with Regional Center, Licensing, and other agencies.
Develop and implement individual program plans (IPPs).
Ensure compliance with health/safety standards, medication protocols, and grievance procedures.
Act as liaison with community and professional services.
Conduct staff and consumer screenings and maintain up-to-date certifications.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid, active California ARF Administrator Certificate.
Important: Candidates must possess and maintain all updated certifications required by Licensing and the SDRC. Applicants who do not have these current, up-to-date credentials will not be considered.
Person-Centered Planning experience (or willingness to train).
Physical/TB test within the year.
