Film Acquisition Associate
Coordinates the procurement of independent films and media for wholesale distribution. Confers with media producers and vendors to obtain information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. Identifies, evaluates, and secures high-quality film and television content that aligns with the company’s brand, distribution strategy, and market demand. Maintains relationships with producers, sales agents, distributors, film festivals, and content creators; conducts market research; and assists in deal negotiation and rights management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 24 months of relevant experience.
