Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established private urology practice in Phoenix's West Valley. Practice Info

• Established 3-physician private practice supported by 7 experienced APPs
• Clinic located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on campus at Abrazo West Campus (Goodyear, AZ), directly adjacent to inpatient services and ORs
• Additional privileges and procedural access at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus (approximately 20-25 minutes away)
• Da Vinci robotic surgery platform available
• Aquablation technology available
• Comprehensive service lines including robotic surgery, urologic oncology, female urology, stone and laser surgery, BPH/UroLift®, pelvic floor reconstruction, male infertility, prosthetics, Aquablation, and InterStim™ therapy

Compensation

Shift & Schedule

• Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 3 Clinic Days; 2 OR Days
• ~40 patients per clinic day
• Clinical Split: 65% Outpatient; 25% Inpatient; 10% Rounding
• Call: 1:4 rotation, shared equitably among partners
• Weekend coverage: 1 in 4

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinical and surgical environment
• Motivated by private practice autonomy and entrepreneurial culture
• Comfort with minimally invasive and robotic procedures a plus
• Subspecialty interests welcome
