• Join a well-respected rural group in Jackson, Amador County, CA
• Multi-specialty medical group comprised of over 1,600 clinicians practicing in seven counties in northern California
• Clinicians are actively engaged in teaching, research, leadership, community outreach, and volunteer work
• SMG has earned both local and national recognition for excellence in patient care and experience

Responsibilities

• No OB required
• Option to do procedures

Compensation

• Salary range: $311,000 - $373,200 /Yr.
• 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track
• Productivity bonus ($320,000+ earning potential in the first year)
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Resident stipend up to $3,000 per month
• Forgivable loan up to $200,000
• PSLF eligible
