Admissions Coordinator – Skilled Nursing Facility

Come join us at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor!  A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've provided spiritually motived care for the elderly of Columbus for over 65 years.  Caring for someone isn’t just a job, it’s a compassionate calling based on deep-rooted spiritual beliefs.

We are seeking to hire an Admissions Coordinator - Part-Time.

• $17.50 per hour.
• Part-Time schedule including Every Other Weekend.

Admissions Coordinator Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Long-Term Care admissions experience required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience for a minimum of 2 years.
• Point-Click Care experience required.
• Nursing Experience is preferred.

Looking for someone who:

• Is mission driven with a passion for working with elders.
• Enjoys meeting with prospective and new residents and families whenever the Admissions Director is out of the building.
• Can focus on the Case Management aspects of Admissions.
• Is comfortable with reviewing referrals and accepting new residents.
• Is able to verify insurance information and work with residents and families on discharge planning.
