Construction Project Manager Billingual English/Spanish-speaking

We are seeking a Project Manager Construction to join our team!

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

*** MUST SPEAK SPANISH work communicate with team members

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

Familiarity with construction management software (Procore or similar software).

Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar takeoff/document tool.

Digital PO/accounting syst e ms experience such as AvidXchange or similar.

Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, permitting, inspections, and client communication.
