Physical Therapist (Home Health Flexible Schedule, Relocation Assist

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric patients in the home health setting. This position offers outstanding flexibility you coordinate directly with your patients and can plan your day around personal appointments and commitments.

Pay & Benefits (Full-Time):

Requirements:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Active PT license in the state of practice

U.S. Citizen or Green Card required

Minimum 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred)
