Join CATL’s customer support team to provide timely, accurate assistance to customers and partners. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every interaction meets service quality standards.

Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, ticketing system, and phone/chat (as applicable)
Resolve product/service questions and troubleshoot common issues
Record, categorize, and track customer cases to closure
Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, and logistics to resolve escalations
Provide status updates to customers on open cases
Maintain accurate customer/account information in CRM or support systems
Follow quality, compliance, and documentation standards
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes
