Remote Wholesale Real Estate Acquisition Specialist - Commission Based

We are a Jacksonville-based real estate wholesaling company looking for hungry, self-motivated Acquisition Specialists who want unlimited earning potential.

This is a 100% commission-based 1099 role. You will find motivated sellers, get properties under contract, and earn a strong split on every deal that closes (30%-40% Split!).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Generate your own leads through cold calling, texting, driving for dollars, Facebook, and other methods, evaluate properties, Gather MAO, ARV, Assignment Fee
Qualify motivated sellers and complete our lead intake form
Present our cash offer process and get Purchase & Sale Agreements signed
Follow up consistently and communicate professionally with sellers
Manage your own schedule (this is results-based, not hours-based)
