Emergency Radiologist
Jefferson Radiology is seeking a Remote Overnight Diagnostic Radiologist to join their growing practice in Connecticut. This role involves interpreting emergency studies, including those from Level I trauma centers, with a focus on acute inpatient studies. Practice Info
- 90+ physician sub-specialty group practice with 400+ non-physician staff members based in Connecticut
- Covers multiple imaging centers, community hospitals, and tertiary-academic centers
- Maintains subspecialized support for complex or unfamiliar cases
- Offers a 20-person radiology residency program
- Utilizes a unified, enterprise PACS with home workstations for all physicians
- Features state-of-the-art cloud-based system with AI tools and workflow enhancement solutions
Responsibilities
- Interpret studies in emergency settings, including Level I trauma center studies
- Interpret acute inpatient studies
- Develop new programs and consider extensive network collaborations (for leaders)
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $400,000-$650,000
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
- One-year partnership track

Shift & Schedule
- Overnight/3rd Shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Remote
- Overnight shift reading from 11pm-7am EST (8-hour shift)
- Schedule variety/flexibility
- 7on/7off
- 7on/14off
- Onsite option available
- Flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models that range between 3-5 day-per-week models
Requirements
- Comfortable interpreting studies in emergency settings
- MD or DO
- Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
- Board certified or eligible by American Board Of Radiology or American Board of Osteopathic Radiology
- Fellowship training preferred, in either Body, MSK, Neuro, or ER
- Leadership abilities and interest would be considered an asset
