This full-time employed position focuses on outpatient and surgical care within a state-of-the-art clinical environment, including an onsite Performance Recovery Center. The role offers a stable employment model with no ER or trauma call, allowing physicians to focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Practice Info

  • Specialty: Sports orthopedic surgery with a focus on outpatient and surgical care
  • Practice Model: Physicians are supported by an initial income guarantee, with a transition to an EBIT based model, aligning physician earnings with practice financial performance and growth
  • Onsite Performance Recovery Center: Features hyper-ice therapy, red light treatment, Normatec compression, and Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy
  • Support Team: Experienced, dedicated clinical and administrative staff

Shift & Schedule

  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • Board certification by ABOS or ABMS required
  • Post-training experience strongly preferred
