We’re looking for someone just like YOU to spend time with an amazing little girl who loves all things fun, active, and creative!

Job Title: Youth Respite Provider
Location: Wausau, WI
This isn’t just a job it’s a chance to play, laugh, create, dance, and make a real difference in a child’s life.

About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and playful caregiver who can provide safety, companionship, and lots of smiles. The ideal person shows up on time, brings positive energy, and isn’t afraid to jump into imaginative play, crafts, and movement-based fun.

Pay
• $14.13/hour
• $207.45 per day

Schedule
15 hours per week, including:
• Occasional mornings: 7:00am 8:30am
• Occasional afternoons/evenings: 3:00pm 5:30pm (up to 9:30pm)
• 4 overnights per month

What You’ll Do
• Be there when the child gets on and off the bus
• Ensure a safe, caring environment
• Encourage active play and movement
• Join in fun, meaningful activities (indoors & outdoors!)
• Motivate creativity through arts, crafts, dance, and playtime

What We’re Looking For
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience working with children is a big plus
• A playful spirit and a kind heart

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will assist with recruitment, but the Member or Managing Party will be your legal employer and makes all hiring decisions.
