Land Development Project Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 + Bonus + Straight Time

An award-winning engineering firm is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities
Manage land development projects from concept through construction
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and design teams
Prepare project schedules and budgets
Oversee engineering design and production
Mentor engineering staff
Support business development efforts

Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering
PE License preferred
5+ years of land development experience
Project management experience
Experience with grading, drainage, utilities, and site development
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
