General Radiologist

RP Chicago is seeking a full-time Evening Remote Emergency/General Diagnostic Radiologist to join their Chicago-based practice. This role involves interpreting a majority of STAT/ER cases during overnight hours, utilizing advanced AI technology to optimize workflow. The position offers a dynamic and engaging environment for a radiologist comfortable with all diagnostic interpretations, supporting emergency and inpatient imaging needs.

• Case mix includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films from busy emergency departments and inpatient services
• Radiologists benefit from optimized worklists and balanced case distribution
• Leverages Radiology Partners' Mosaic AI Operating System for workflow automation and study prioritization
• Remote support provided by other Evening Radiologists

Responsibilities

• Interpret general emergency (STAT ER, urgent care and inpatient) for multiple hospital sites
• Interpret all diagnostic interpretations including STAT/ER cases
• Support emergency and inpatient imaging needs during overnight hours

Compensation

• Approximately $500K-$750K Base Salary (range dependent on desired shift schedule)
• Up to $100K Starting Bonus
• ~$4,100 per shift
• Productivity Bonus Available
• Partnership Track Position
• The target salary for this position is $550,000-$750,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Evening/2nd Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• 7on; 7off or 7on; 14 off block schedule
• 6pm - 3:30am CST shift
• No other shift requirements outside of dedicated shift hours

Requirements

• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Preference for Emergency Radiology
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Ability to secure an Illinois, Iowa and Indiana Licenses
