General/Body Radiologist

Austin Radiological Association (ARA), an affiliate of Radiology Partners, is seeking a Remote General/Body Radiologist to join their nationally respected, high-volume practice. This role offers a unique opportunity for 100% remote practice with flexible scheduling options, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The successful candidate will interpret a broad range of general body imaging studies, contributing to high-quality patient care within a supportive and innovative environment.

• Unified workflow with one PACS, standardized protocols, and dictation system
• Dedicated IT support ensuring smooth, efficient remote operations
• High-volume, high-quality practice with strong subspecialty support
• Part of a dynamic, collaborative radiology team supporting a broad clinical footprint across Central Texas and beyond
• ARA serves 24 hospitals and operates 17 outpatient imaging centers, with expansion plans underway to grow to 19 outpatient imaging centers by the end of 2026

Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad range of general body imaging studies, including CT, ultrasound, and X-ray
• Deliver timely and accurate reads that directly support high-quality patient care
• Provide accurate, timely diagnostic reads to support patient care
• Work within a streamlined, standardized remote reading environment
• Collaborate with a strong team of radiologists across subspecialties
• Contribute to a high-efficiency, high-quality imaging operation

Compensation

• Low shift RVU minimum allows a pay-per-click productivity model to quickly become highly rewarding
• Low minimum RVU threshold with strong pay-per-click upside
• Optional weekend shifts available for additional income
• Base Salary: $400,000-$650,000
• This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
• Fellowship-trained or general radiology experience welcome
• Comfortable interpreting general body imaging modalities
• Strong communication skills for remote, team-based collaboration
• Interest in flexible, lifestyle-driven practice models
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
