The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Entertainment and intellectual property litigator with extensive experience representing top-tier clients in music, film, media, and corporate sectors.

Skilled in handling complex copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity disputes across federal and state courts.

Trusted advisor on maximizing IP value and navigating digital media risks, offering strategic, dispute-avoidant counsel.

Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm, (7 years out or more).
