he ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Defend employers, insurers, and policyholders in employment practices liability matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Provide counsel on EPL insurance coverage, risk mitigation, and claims management strategies.

Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.

Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm, (5 years out or more).
