***A portable book of $350k is required*** (but we really prefer $500-700K for this role)

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Represent clients in civil and/or commercial litigation matters in Michigan state and federal courts.

Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations and trial.

Provide legal counsel to clients on dispute resolution, risk assessment, and compliance with Michigan laws and regulations.

Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm, (7 years out or more).

***A minimum portable book of $350K is required (but we really prefer $500-700K for this role)

Commercial litigator (truly commercial, that litigates and tries cases with frequency) actively practices in Michigan.
