Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their nationally recognized multi-specialty team across various Houston locations. Practice Info

• Multi-specialty clinic with over 900 medical providers in 65 specialties
• Full access to sub-specialists, imaging, and lab services within the Kelsey-Seybold system
• EPIC electronic health record used for patient care and system-wide collaboration
• Internal Medicine physicians are supported by nursing and administrative staff
• Periodic hospital call admitting only Kelsey-Seybold patients, typically not requiring overnight stays
• Certain call groups have nocturnists managing admissions overnight

Responsibilities

• Examine adult patients 18 years and older to ensure proper care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of various medical conditions
• Order medically necessary tests
• Perform follow-up visits
• Place referrals to specialists when needed
• Interpret basic medical tests and imaging in planning care for patients

Compensation

• Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 - $378,000
• Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus
• Compensation is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Shift & Schedule

• See patients in office from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD, DO)
• Accredited Residency training
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
