Gastroenterologist
A leading, physician-led GI group in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to support continued growth. This role offers a lifestyle-friendly schedule with no call responsibilities and robust clinical support. Practice Info
- 100% outpatient setting
- Scoping days: ~14 procedures
- Clinic days: ~20 patients
- Group includes 12 mid-levels and 14 physicians
- EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
- All major insurances accepted
Compensation
- Base salary: Mid $500Ks+ for new grads
- Up to $600K+ for experienced
- Long-term earning potential: $700K – $1M+
- Productivity-based RVU bonus
- Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active Maryland medical license or willing to obtain
