Breast Radiologist

Imagen Technologies is seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist to lead the breast imaging program at two outpatient clinics near San Bernardino, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice, focusing on clinical quality and patient care. The position provides location and schedule flexibility, including hybrid options, and involves building and maintaining imaging standards within a supportive community.

Practice Info

• 24/7 dedicated support team
• Dedicated technology team works closely with radiologists to improve the day-to-day experience with technology
• Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the breast imaging program
• Build and maintain imaging standards
• Deliver essential care to a supportive community
• Perform Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms studies
• Play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows (if interested)

Compensation

• $500,000+
• Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location

Shift & Schedule

• Location and schedule flexibility - from 5 days a week onsite (preferred) to 2 days a week onsite with remote days
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Modified schedule may be available
• Onsite (split across 2 locations in Highland, CA and Redlands, CA) or hybrid (up to 2 days remote possible)

Requirements

• Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist
• Breast Radiology fellowship training required
• Prior breast biopsy procedure experience required
• Active medical license in California
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program
