This full-time outpatient opportunity is ideal for physicians passionate about providing comprehensive, long-term care in a community-focused setting. Practice Info

• Opportunities available throughout Greater Houston including: Central Houston, East / Baytown, Southeast / Clear Lake Area, Southwest / Sugar Land Area, West / Katy & Cinco Ranch, Northwest / Cypress and Willowbrook, North / Woodlands, Magnolia and Creekside

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve coordination and outcomes
• Engage in quality improvement and practice innovation initiatives
• Support a physician-led culture of clinical excellence

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
