Body Imaging Radiologist

Northwell Health is seeking BC/BE Body Imaging Radiologists to join their growing Department of Radiology. This role offers the opportunity to work in a large, subspecialized department with a diverse case mix across inpatient and outpatient settings. Physicians will have access to modern imaging infrastructure and an extensive referral base, with clinical responsibilities tailored to training and site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret examinations
• Emphasize cross-sectional imaging
• Perform advanced cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI) of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis
• Perform comprehensive ultrasound diagnostics
• Perform diagnostic fluoroscopic procedures
• Perform image-guided biopsies and fluid drainages (CT and ultrasound)

Requirements

• MD. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Body Imaging
• Completion of Body Imaging Fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York and Connecticut
