Outpatient Neurologist

Houston Methodist West is seeking a general outpatient Neurologist to join an expanding practice in West Houston/Katy. This role involves providing expert clinical care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and management. Practice Info

• Expanding practice of 2 physicians and 1 APP
• Located on the hospital campus in West Houston/Katy
• Provides a full spectrum of services for the region's neurology needs with a unique patient-centered care philosophy
• Services include a Neurosurgery program providing diagnostic, consultative and therapeutic services for treatment of routine and complex disorders
• Outpatient imaging services, includes two 3-Tesla MRIs, one Wide Bore 3-Tesla MRI and one non-wide bore 1.5-Tesla MRI
• Strong neuroscience program coordinator and marketing support

• Provide expert clinical care for patients with neurological conditions
• Diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of neurological conditions

Requirements

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency in Neurology from an accredited program
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
• Valid TX medical license
• Excellent clinical skills, including history-taking, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
