Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon
A leading private orthopedic and neurosurgical practice in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a fellowship-trained Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon. This role focuses on total joint procedures, particularly the anterior hip approach, to meet immediate demand within an expanding team. The incoming surgeon will join a multidisciplinary group dedicated to providing the highest level of musculoskeletal care to a growing patient base.

Compensation
- First-year guaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks
- Transitioning to a direct billing/physician fee model with potential to earn $1M+ annually

Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency
- Completion of a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Surgery
- Proficiency in the anterior approach to hip replacement
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for a Nebraska medical license
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
