Anesthesiologist

USAP-Maryland is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their team across multiple facilities in Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care within a large, physician-led practice. Clinicians will work in diverse hospital settings, including Level II Trauma Centers and specialized cardiac care facilities, handling a wide range of cases.

Practice Info

• USAP-Maryland was founded in 2004 as First Colonies Anesthesia Associates.
• The practice consists of more than 200 clinicians providing services to 6 hospitals and several ASCs.
• Capital Region Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center with strong OB, trauma, cardiac, ortho, GI, and general surgery services.
• Shady Grove Medical Center is a 266-bed acute care facility offering high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services.
• White Oak Medical Center is a 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms, renowned for advanced cardiac care.
• Holy Cross Hospital is a 529-bed hospital with 12 ORs, supported by a team of 13 Physicians and 27 CRNAs.

Compensation

• Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000

Shift & Schedule

• Averaging 44 hours a week over the month, including call hours
• Averaging 4 calls a month, 2 of 4 calls are in-house and 2 of 4 calls are beeper call from home
