Primary Care Physician
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient clinic south of Tucson, Arizona. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a physician passionate about delivering high-quality, value-based care while building meaningful relationships with an adult patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior experience practicing in a value-based primary care clinic and is committed to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving quality outcomes.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Foster long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.
Compensation
- $140+ per hour
Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 5 days per week
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain.
- DEA registration or eligibility.
- Previous value-based primary care clinic experience is required.
- Strong commitment to quality metrics, preventive care, and patient satisfaction.
