Gynecologic Oncology Physician

The Desert Care Network Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Gynecologic Oncologist to join their nationally accredited program in Palm Springs. This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a thriving, turn-key practice with an established patient base and strong referral patterns. The position provides high autonomy, flexible scheduling, and exceptional institutional support within a multidisciplinary team.

• Nationally accredited, 60,000-square-foot cancer program
• Established patient base and strong referral patterns
• Multidisciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists
• Commission on Cancer (CoC) three-year accreditation with Commendation Award
• Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems onsite

Responsibilities

• Practice full-scope gynecologic oncology
• Utilize OR block time at both the hospital and an outpatient surgery center

Compensation

• Competitive compensation: $414,000-$637,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board eligible or board certified through ABOG or ABMS
• California licensed or eligible to obtain California licensure
