Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician

Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Kentucky, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join an established, hospital-employed practice. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, ICU coverage, and the option to incorporate Sleep Medicine. The role is part of Lifepoint Health, providing a collaborative, physician-centered environment in a charming river community.

• Full-time, hospital-employed Pulmonary & Critical Care opportunity
• Established practice with immediate patient volume
• Outpatient pulmonary clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus
• Six-bed Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care team
• Strong referral network throughout northeastern Kentucky

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care
• Manage critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pulmonary diseases
• Perform pulmonary consultations and follow-up care
• Interpret pulmonary function testing and other diagnostic studies
• Participate in Sleep Medicine services, if desired
• Collaborate with hospitalists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialty providers
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
• Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
• Sleep Medicine training or interest welcomed
• Strong commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
