Compensation
- Salary Range: $285,000 - $325,000, commensurate or relative to experience

Requirements
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
- Successfully completed Family or Internal Medicine Residency
- BE/BC in Family or Internal Medicine
- Off-hour coverage: Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
