OB/GYN Physician

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a well-established private women's health practice in Tucson, Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to integrate into a busy group, focusing on patient relationships and individualized care. The role offers flexibility to shape clinical and surgical practice within a supportive environment at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Shape your own clinical and surgical style
• Follow your own deliveries to ensure continuity of care
• Manage ~30-35 patients per clinic day
• Perform ~10-15 deliveries per month

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time employment
• Work/life balance with a 4-day clinic / 1-day surgery schedule
• Call schedule: 1:4 - shared among supportive peers

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Passion for comprehensive women's care and a desire to build long-term patient relationships
• J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
