Psychiatrist

Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join their growing team in Montgomery, AL. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including outpatient-only, nursing home rounding, or a hybrid model, with full-time or part-time employment. IBH provides a physician-led, patient-centered environment with physician autonomy and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy
• Conduct evaluations and treatment planning in an outpatient, nursing home, or hybrid setting
• Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and support staff to ensure patient-centered care
• Supervise nurse practitioners as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary – $300,000-$340,000+ based on experience and location
• $35,000 Sign-On Bonus
• W-2 employee or 1099 contractor options available

Requirements

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
• Interest or experience in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) preferred but not required
