Client Support Representative

Job Summary / Brief

River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Remote Client Support Representative to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our grower network communications and provide advanced client administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing account updates, organizing digital communication pipelines, and keeping corporate client files moving efficiently to maximize customer service productivity.

Core Responsibilities

· Client Support: Respond to incoming grower inquiries regarding account status, troubleshoot digital portal login errors, and route specialized agronomic service tickets to the correct regional advisor.

· Digital Administration: Coordinate customer portal onboarding workflows, track client communication logs, and organize secure cloud account directories across our network database.

· Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records, enter seasonal profile updates, and log verified customer accounts directly into our central database system.

· Communication Integration: Monitor the central client support inbox, resolve user profile documentation discrepancies, and draft professional corporate correspondence for our regional management group.

· Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with product management and regional operations personnel to guarantee cohesive backend support and strict account validation compliance.

Applicant Requirements

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Agribusiness preferred (or equivalent professional experience); previous experience in client support, front-desk administration, customer service, or hospitality is highly valued.

· Proven track record in digital database navigation, tracking high-volume ticket milestones, or customer account lifecycle tracking.

· Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, enterprise client communication platforms, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel macros, formulas, data sorting).

· Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.

· Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
