The Role

We're hiring a Handyman / Maintenance Technician to perform general repair, maintenance, and light remodeling work for homeowners and property management clients across the Las Vegas valley. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable jumping between trades in a single day patching drywall in the morning, fixing a leaky faucet by lunch, and hanging a door by afternoon.

What You'll Do

1. Perform general repairs and maintenance: drywall patching/repair, basic carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical, painting touch-ups, door/window repair and adjustment, fixture and hardware installation

2. Accurately diagnose issues on-site and recommend the right repair or replacement

3. Document work clearly before/after photos, materials used, time on site using our mobile field app (HouseCall Pro)

4. Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners, tenants, and property managers

5. Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and job-ready

6. Follow all safety protocols and MA quality standards on every job

7. Represent MA's values Faith, Honor, Ownership in every interaction
