The Role

We're hiring a Painter / Drywaller to handle interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, patching, and finishing for homeowners, property management clients, and real estate partners across the Las Vegas valley. This role is a mix of full room/exterior painting jobs and smaller drywall repair and touch-up work clean lines, smooth finishes, and no shortcuts.

What You'll Do

1. Perform interior and exterior painting: prep, priming, cutting-in, rolling, spraying, and cleanup

2. Patch, tape, mud, sand, and texture-match drywall repairs of all sizes (nail pops, holes, water damage, new construction seams)

3. Match existing textures and paint finishes accurately for seamless repairs

4. Properly prep surfaces sanding, patching, masking, and protecting floors/furniture/fixtures

5. Document work clearly before/after photos, materials used, time on site using our mobile field app (HouseCall Pro)

6. Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, and property managers

7. Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and job-ready

8. Follow all safety protocols and MA quality standards on every job

9. Represent MA's values Faith, Honor, Ownership in every interaction
