About the Role

This is NOT an appointment setter position. If you’re a seasoned cold caller who loves selling, guiding prospects, and closing deals, you’ll thrive here. You’ll use your sales expertise to present our services, handle objections, and move prospects directly into onboarding when they’re ready. Booking a consultation is the minimum your real goal is to sell the service and close the client or get them confident enough that a consultation isn’t needed.

What You’ll Do

* Outbound calling & follow ups to generate new business
* Present services, pricing, and value clearly and confidently
* Close deals when the client is ready or move them to a consultation only if needed
* Maintain accurate lead activity in HubSpot CRM
* Hit weekly outreach and conversion targets
* Represent the brand with professionalism and authority

What You Bring

* Strong cold calling and outbound sales experience
* Proven ability to sell and close, not just book calls
* Confidence in presenting service offerings and pricing
* Skilled in objection handling and guiding prospects
* Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
* CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

Compensation

Sales Representatives earn 15% commission on every paid invoice for the services they sell. Commission is released once the client’s payment has been received.
