Are you a skilled industrial electrician who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments? We are seeking eight (8) Electrical Technicians to join a robust maintenance team in Shawnee, OK.

This is an exceptional opportunity for technicians looking to maximize their earning potential through substantial overtime in a high-reliability, automated facility.

Location: Shawnee, OK (100% On-site)

Shifts Available: 1st (7AM-3PM), 2nd (3PM-11PM), and 3rd Shift (11PM-7PM). (Approx. 2 3 hires per shift based on business needs).

️ Schedule: Must be able to work 12 days on, 2 days off (Heavy overtime required).

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot & Program: Diagnose, edit, and program Allen-Bradley PLC systems (500 & 5000 platforms) and AC/DC drive systems (VFDs).

Fabrication & Wiring: Assemble control cabinets, wire electrical panels, and work with voltage converters and relay logic.

Maintenance Culture: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, control circuits, sensors, and automated machinery to minimize downtime.

Failure Analysis: Conduct root cause failure analysis on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to implement permanent technical corrections.

Safety & Operations: Read complex electrical schematics and strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA procedures.

Job Requirements (Filters)
Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience strictly within a manufacturing or automated plant environment.

PLC Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience troubleshooting and programming Allen-Bradley PLCs (specifically SLC 500 and ControlLogix 5000 platforms).

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in control cabinet assembly, panel wiring, relay logic, VFD diagnostics, and reading technical electrical schematics.

Work Environment Match: Must be fully comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment and sustaining a 12-days-on / 2-days-off high-overtime schedule.

Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights (using scissor/boom lifts with fall protection), and respond to emergency call-ins.

Logistics: High School Diploma or GED. Clean background. Must be local to the Shawnee, OK area or within a reasonable daily driving distance (No relocation or visa sponsorship available).

Exclusion Restriction: Former employees or individuals with prior employment history at the end-client facility in Shawnee cannot be considered for rehire.

Nice to Have (Plus)
Prior experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders.

Experience in heavy-industrial sectors like metal fabrication, automotive, or high-volume packaging plants.

Active vocational/technical certificates or a completed electrician apprenticeship.

Interview & Hiring Process
Initial Screening: Recruiter phone and/or in-person interview to assess technical knowledge, discuss shift preferences, and confirm availability for the 12-on/2-off schedule.

Client Round 1: On-site technical interview including a written electrical/automation assessment.

Client Round 2: Final validation (if required).
