The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Broad form commercial litigation experience.

Handle business-related disputes from investigation through trial or settlement.

Analyze contracts and issues to develop legal strategy and advise clients.

Draft key litigation documents and coordinate with clients and legal teams.

Self-starter, takes ownership, and comfortable in court.

Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (7 years out or more).
